About us
Eve Beh is an experienced Clinical Psychologist who provides psychological services for adults. She completed her Masters in Clinical Psychology degree at the University of New South Wales. Since then, her clinical experience includes several years in the public health system, as well as in private practice. Eve has worked in specialist public mental health settings – an Anxiety Disorders Clinic, and also in Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) programs.
Eve has a particular interest in working with adults with social anxiety, generalised anxiety disorder and perfectionism. She is also experienced in working with people with depression and other issues such as problems which typically accompany past trauma.
Eve uses evidence-based psychological techniques, in a professional, caring and empathic way to help her clients. She uses Schema Therapy and Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy approaches, whilst also drawing from Mindfulness, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy and Compassion-Focussed Therapy. She takes a collaborative approach in her therapy, and treatment is tailored to the individual client’s needs and goals. Eve’s therapy is often informed by the importance of having a strong sense of self, and building meaningful connections with others whilst being authentic.
Eve is registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) which determines the minimum standards for the education and training of psychologists. She is a Board approved supervisor for registered psychologists, clinical psychologists and clinical psychology registrars.
